63. NewMonogamy Special: Martha Kauppi, creator of the Polyamory Clinical Toolkit

We are beyond pleased to have Martha Kauppi with us for a podcast on nonmonogamy and sexuality. Martha is therapist, author, and AASECT-certified sex therapist supervisor. She works with therapists through clinical training and retreats, and creates resources to help people build healthier intimate relationships. With her 30+ years of professional and personal experience, we dive into questions like "do I have to rekindle sex with my long term partner?" and "how to deal with New Relationship Energy?" (spoiler: it's about making it durable and sustainable!). We learn to show up to our partners, not because we are obliged to, but driven by our own value systems.
