Already 60 years ago Mind Control and speech was under development by the secret service like the CIA, and now again there is funding given to universities for developing it by the military. The possibilities are part of this podcast and so is my personal story. I am being used by the Dutch secret agency for training and practice methods and technics. Also for the development of mind control technic.
