Did Lori Vallow Lose Her Lawyer in a Hearing She Was Barred From?

Lori Vallow Daybell is serving three life sentences for the murders of JJ and Tylee and the conspiracy to kill Tammy Daybell. On November 2nd, her lawyer asked the Idaho Supreme Court to throw all of it out because a judge took away her lawyer in 2021. Mark Means was removed in a hearing held in Chad Daybell's case while Lori was in a state hospital. The judge cited a conflict — Chad was paying Means and Means had told a court he represented both Daybells. Chad later said under oath that Means was never his lawyer, but a jail call between the Daybells says otherwise. Lori's appeal admits Means filed the wrong motion at the removal hearing. Her appellate lawyer told the court she knows a win could bring back the death penalty. Bob Motta on whether the Idaho Supreme Court takes this seriously.
