02 sep 2026
Can you work as an order picker at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer if you do not speak Dutch? Ibrahim explains what the job is like and why working in English is possible.
He starts early, takes his scanner and drives through the hall collecting orders with flowers and plants together with his colleagues.
Royal FloraHolland has employees from 44 different nationalities working side by side. Dutch therefore does not have to be your first language: the order picker job can be done entirely in English.
Listen to Ibrahim and visit Royal FloraHolland during a tour to discover if working here could be right for you.
